a sometimes anxious human.

I try to journal every day for headspace, clarity and creativity. It's a habit that makes me feel happier and calmer.

However, I find it hard to stick to a journaling routine. I lose notebooks 📓, don't know what to write 🤔 and I struggle to get an overview of everything I've written.

So I created Cojo. A journaling app crammed full of a wide variety of exercises and prompts for every mood. 😊 😥 🥰 😰 🤣 😝

The exercises are based on cognitive behavioural therapy, a therapeutic technique that helps millions of people understand their thoughts and feelings and live a calmer, happier life.
